All of our wedding invitations, day-of stationery, and other products are custom-made based on your specifications. Due to their personalized nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. However, your satisfaction is important to us, so please contact us if there are any concerns about your order upon delivery.
Our team performs a thorough quality check on all items before they are shipped to ensure they meet our high standards. If you receive your order and believe there has been an error or defect, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns promptly.
If your stationery arrives damaged due to shipping, we will provide you with the next steps in filing a claim with UPS. In concurrence, we will work with you on ordering discounted replacements as you await your UPS claim to be resolved.
Changes to your order can be made before proof approval. After approval, modifications may not be possible, as we promptly proceed with production. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
While we make every effort to accurately represent colors in proofs, the final product may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. We recommend ordering a sample if color precision is critical to your design vision.

We work hard to ensure that the final product matches the design proof you approve. However, slight variations may occur due to printing processes, paper textures, and screen settings. If color precision is essential, we recommend ordering a sample before finalizing your order.
Once your order is placed, we will send a confirmation email with your sales receipt and order details. If you need another copy of your receipt, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Since our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. However, if there is an error or defect with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
